Product Colours
Please be aware any colour swatches that you see on the web site are for assistance only.
It's always a difficult thing choosing the right colour garment or accessory. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see will be exactly the colour of the garment or accessory. The colour may differ from one computer screen to another so please use them purely as a guideline.
About Our Delivery Policy
Our delivery policy is simple; if we have it in stock we will send your goods out within 3 working days, ensuring your goods are with you within a week.
However if an item is not in stock then please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If there is a delay in getting your goods to you, a member of staff may contact you via telephone or e-mail to indicate the time scale with-in the 28 days delivery. Please feel free to contact us on 01884 243695 - (between 9.30am-5pm GMT) to confirm a delivery date.
You may wish to phone ahead to check the availability of your chosen product(s) Tel. 01884 243695 Tues-Sat 10.00 - 5.00pm in winter and Mon - Sat 10.00 - 5.00 pm summer time. However generally speaking, if it's on the website it's usually in stock.
Our Delivery Charges
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £25
SALES BELOW £25 WILL INCUR A DELIVERY CHARGE OF £3.50
Generally items are sent second class, you can upgrade this to a first class service for just £2.50.
First Class delivery upgrade - £2.50
Standard Europe Delivery - £10.95
The Rest of the World - £15.95
Standard Ireland Delivery - £8.95
Customers outside of the U.K. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. Board Nation will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

About Our Returns Policy
All we ask is that all unwanted items are returned within 2 weeks of receipt and with all original tags & labeling still attached to the garment(s). PLease request an RMA number before shipping items back. On receipt of the garment(s) back to us, we will then re-credit your card with the original cost of the item(s) (less the original delivery charge).
Please note we will not cover the cost of the carriage on returned items unless faulty. Items that are returned outside of the two week period will incur a late charge.
We do however recommend that you obtain a receipt from the post office as proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Some customers prefer to send the package recorded/registered delivery; this cost is about £0.70p on top of your postage costs.
We will NOT refund products returned to us that we feel have been misused.
Multiple size orders
A 10% re-stocking fee will apply where multiple size garments are ordered and subsequently the order part returned (If you need assistance on different sizes, we have a store where garments can be fitted, or please feel free to call our customer services team on 01884 243695 for exact measurements)
